Uhm, gee, I'm not sure what to say. So I'll write filler until I think of something.
I grew up in a cave on the outskirts of Mohill, Alabama. When I was 13, my Uncle Jed tried to eat a badger, and...well, it was the first funeral I ever attended. However, the badger was accepted as a regional hero, because no one liked Uncle Jed much, on account of him gene-splicing everybody's tomato plants. And the rest is history.
Or something like that. Actually, I'm a slightly off-beat person who doesn't mind making a fool of myself in a crowd of people I don't know (who'll know it's me, after all?), and I write, draw and all that stuff that makes others 'ooh' and 'ahh' even though it doesn't seem like anything special to the person doing it.
About the journal: Officially, this journal is dedicated to fan fiction, the fandoms I enjoy, and the people who say interesting things about the first two. Plus a couple of other subjects I just like hearing about. Unofficially, it's my way of wasting time at work while I sit around waiting for the computer to do what I've told it to. So random, time-wasting crud will sometimes appear. I watch other people more than I talk myself. It's in my nature. But that doesn't mean I don't care-only that I've once again forgotten whatever I was going to say.
Oh, uh, and go ahead and friend me all you want. I'll investigate out of pure curiosity. I imagine I'll probably friend you back, but maybe not if your journal is nothing except you talking about what's going on in your own personal real life. I certainly don't mind that sort of thing, but reading blogs where that's the sole, entire point kinda creeps me out. I feel like a voyeur. Anyway, I won't hold you in contempt or mock you or anything, so go ahead and give it a shot.
